Miller Spikes a One Outer to Double

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo

Ryan Miller was all in on fourth street against Jake Schwartz.

Jake Schwartz: {2-Clubs}{2-Spades} / {2-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Ryan Miller: {10-Clubs}{Q-Spades} / {10-Hearts}{6-Spades}

Here was the rest of their runouts until seventh street:

Jake Schwartz: {2-Clubs}{2-Spades} / {2-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Ryan Miller: {10-Clubs}{Q-Spades} / {10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts}

Schwartz was miles ahead with rolled up deuces against Miller's split tens. To make matters worse for Miller, Schwartz caught one of the remaining tens.

Seventh street was dealt and Schwartz quickly turned over a {J-Hearts} to stay with just trip deuces. Miller didn't sweat his card at all and quickly flipped up the {10-Diamonds}, giving him the one outer to make trip tens double up.

Trincher in Need of a Miracle

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

Anthony Zinno raised from early position and was called by short stack Illya Trincher in the big blind. Trincher ended up check-calling a bet on the {J-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop and {8-Hearts} turn. On the {A-Hearts} river, Trincher checked and folded to a bet to leave himself with 30,000 behind.

One hand later, Zinno raised first to act and Daniel Zack called from the big blind. Zack check-raised the {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop, Zinno bet and called the check-raise. After the {5-Clubs} turn, Zack checked and called a bet before both checked through the {J-Diamonds} river. Zack turned over {A-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and that won the pot.

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo

The cards were all but rushed away and Stuart Rutter grabbed his belongings. This time it was not to pull off the "same old trick" that worked not long ago, but the Brit was indeed finished in 21st place for $15,229.

Rutter ended up with a pair of jacks, while Michael Noori had an eighty-seven for the low and sevens and fives for two pair to scoop the entire pot.

Wallace lost two hands right after and dropped to around 90,000 and in agony.

Painful Fold for Rutter

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Razz

Stuart Rutter: {X-}{X-} / {5-}{J-}{2-}{3-} / {X-}
Jean Gaspard: {X-}{X-} / {2-}{5-}{J-}{3-} / {X-}

After a completion and a three-bet, Stuart Rutter and Jean Gaspard headed to fourth and Gaspard bet, Rutter called. On fifth both players had identical cards showing face up and Gaspard bet, Rutter called. Much to the surprise of the whole table, both picked up the same card on sixth and again Gaspard bet, Rutter called and had 19,000 behind.

"Okay, I bet less than a full bet," Gaspard said in the dark before getting his last card, he still had the betting lead. Rutter gave it some thought and folded eventually. The Brit was then all in on third against Joseph Couden and pulled the old trick of grabbing his bag and standing up; he locked up the double on sixth already.
