The Fall of McReynolds

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

The board was showing {8-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{q-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and the players already had their cards tabled for a massive pot. Nick Tsoukalas was all in for 135,000 chips with {q-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} in his hand. Timothy McReynolds, holding {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, was dominated, and the pot went to Tsoukalas who made a huge double-up.

McReynolds, the former chipleader, was left with only 11,000 after this hand and pushed all in from under the gun. A player reshoved and they both went to see the following board: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}.

Holding {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}, McReynolds made the flush and doubled up through his opponent who had {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}.
