Lakhov Gets Tricky

Level 23 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Alexander Lakhov
Alexander Lakhov

Alexander Lakhov began by raising to 10,000 blind v blind and James Worth called.

It came down {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{5-Diamonds} on the flop and Lakhov continued for 8,000. Worth peeled and {5-Clubs} was dealt on the turn, Lakhov slowed down, checking to Worth who made it 16,000 to proceed. Lakhov wasn't finished yet though, upping it to 40,000 and it was enough to convince Worth to fold.

Reategui Reaches Another Shootout Final Table

Level 24 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Anthony Reategui
Anthony Reategui

In the very first hand after the dinner break, James Sileo shoved all in for 93,000 on the button and Anthony Reategui called.

James Sileo: {J-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}
Anthony Reategui: {A-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{a-Spades} to give Reategui a full house in the end to eliminate Sileo. Reategui's table is the first to finish today. Reategui already reached the final table of the $3,000 Shootout a few weeks back and finished in eighth place. He'll be looking to better that result.
