Martini Three-Bets the River

Kate Hoang limped in, Julien Martini made it two bets, and Hoang called. The 
board got checked down to the river where things got interesting. Martini bet, Hoang raised, and, for the first time in the heads-up match, three big bets went in as Martini reraised.
Martini was breathing heavily while Hoang stared at the felt for a good minute. She then folded her hand and Martini took it down.
In the next hand, Martini made it three bets preflop and emptied the clip on an 
board. Hoang called it off without hesitation.
