Adam Owen: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}
Andrew Atilano: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

Atilano let out an expletive as he was shown the red aces of the Brit, and they held on the {10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} runout.

Zsuffa Scores a Double Knockout

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Miklos Zsuffa picked up pocket kings in the big blind, facing an all in from Stephanie Alderman and a reshove from Rolando Soria. Zsuffa had both of his opponents covered.

Alderman: {J-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Soria: {A-Clubs}{2-Hearts}
Zsuffa: {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

All players finished with a full house but Alderman and Soria played the board on {5-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} so Zsuffa scooped the whole pot. He's now approaching a 1 million mark.

Eichhardt Loses a Flip

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Peter Eichhardt made it 65,000 under the gun and a player two seats to his left shoved for 235,000. Eichhardt called and they found themselves in a fair fight.

Eichhardt was racing with {A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} against {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and the board of {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} left the eights ahead. Eichhardt was left with 355,000 while his rival soared to 525,000.

Jeha Doubles Through Weeks Thanks to Lucky River

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

It folded to Ronald Jeha on the button and he moved all in for 410,000. Bret Weeks was in the small blind and moved all in. The big blind folded.

Both players came into the day with 500,000, and with Jeha slightly covered he was the player at risk.

Ronald Jeha: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Bret Weeks: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

The flop came {3-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{k-Hearts} and Jeha was still ahead. The turn was the {a-Clubs} meaning Weeks took the lead. The river, however, was the {10-Diamonds} giving Jeha a set and doubling him up to just under 900,000.

"You were halfway out the door, man!" said a tablemate to Jeha as he raked in his newly-acquired chips.

Zsuffa Makes Two Pair

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Jon Turner raised to 65,000 in second position and the action folded around to small blind Rolando Soria who called. Miklos Zsuffa moved all in for 210,000 out of the big blind and Turner placed in a tall tower to cover Soria's total stack of 650,000 or so. Soria gave it some thought but ultimately decided to leave the race heads-up.

Turner: {A-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
Zsuffa: {K-Hearts}{3-Clubs}

Zsuffa flopped two pair on the {3-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{K-Spades} and the {9-Spades} turn sealed it for him. The river was the {J-Diamonds} and Zsuffa increased his stack to 530,000.

Rios Doubles Through Lappin

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Kenneth Rios came into the day with 70,000 chips and had lost a hand or two before getting it all in for his last 55,000. It folded to David Lappin in the big blind who called.

David Lappin: {5-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}
Kenneth Rios: {8-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

The flop was a good one for Rios, coming {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{9-Spades} giving him trips. Lappin's only hope was backdoor straight or house outs, and the {2-Hearts}{k-Spades} runout didn't help him and Rios doubled up.
