Swingruber Takes Two

Level 56 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Jimmy D'Ambrosio raised to 100,000 and Sean Swingruber made the call to see the {k-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Clubs} flop, on which he checked and called a bet of 150,000 by D'Ambrosio. The {5-Clubs} turn and {5-Diamonds} river were checked and Swingruber was first to show, revealing {9-Spades}{8-Spades}. That ended up taking down the pot, as D'Ambrosio mucked.

Then, Swingruber raised to 60,000 and D'Ambrosio called, then led himself for 34,000 on the {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} flop. Swingruber made the call and did so again for 53,000 on the {5-Hearts} turn. The {q-Clubs} river was checked and D'Ambrosio shook his head.

"Nothing. Six high, no, seven high," he announced and Swingruber showed {k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} as the winning hand.
