Steinman Folds River

Level 7 : 300/600, 600 ante

There was around 18,000 in the pot on the river with a board reading {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Ian Steinman was on the button facing a bet of 16,300 from the small blind. He thought for about two minutes, though not uninterrupted as his opponent told him he was well aware of how he can play on the river, and eventually let his hand go.

There also is another WSOP bracelet winner at Steinman's table, 2016 Colossus winner Ben Keeline, who currently has under a starting stack.

Osterman Out-Flops Opponent, Sends Him Packing

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Two-way action headed to the flop with Brady Osterman's opponent at risk of elimination.

Osterman: {a-Clubs}{3-Spades}
Opponent: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Osterman was trailing his opponent until a flop of {3-Hearts}{a-Spades}{k-Hearts} came. Osterman had flopped two-pair but his opponent was far from out as he flopped the nut flush draw along with top pair.

The {10-Spades} on the turn added more outs to Osterman's opponent as he now added a broadway straight draw to his countless outs going to the river.

The dealer put a brick on the river as it came out the {9-Spades} and Osterman eliminated his opponent.

Brand Cracks Jacks to Stay Alive

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Dennis Brand moved all in for his last 3,000 in chips and he was called by the player sitting directly to his left.

Dennis Brand: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Opponent: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

Brand needed to hit one of his two overcards to stay alive and he did just that after the flop came {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{2-Spades}.

The turn was the {3-Diamonds} and Brand just needed to dodge a jack with one card left to come.

The dealer put the {6-Hearts} on the river and Brand was able to get the win and a much needed double up.

Falcon Takes Down Pot With River Bet

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Action folded around to Richard Stevens who raised to 1,600 from the small blind and Michael Kim Falcon came along from the big blind.

Both players checked the {2-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} flop.

The turn came the {a-Clubs} and Stevens bet 1,3000, Falcon called.

Stevens checked the {7-Hearts} on the river and before Falcon's bet of 2,000 could even reach the felt Stevens instantly mucked his hand.
