Foxen Wins With Sevens

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

There was around 7,000 in the pot and action was on Alex Foxen in the big blind on a board reading {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}. He was facing a bet of 4,400 from the cutoff and studying his opponent with great intent. He eventually put out a call and the two saw the {3-Diamonds} river. Action went check-check.

"Seven," Foxen said as he turned over the {7-Spades}. His opponent waited for him to turn his other card over, the {j-Spades} and proceeded to send his hand into the muck.

After the hand, Foxen's opponent asked him if he would have called another barrel. Foxen told him it would have sent him into the tank and that he would have had to think about it. He followed it up with another mention that he really would have had to think about it if he were put to the decision

Wilson Empties Clip

Level 4 : 200/300, 300 ante

Andrew Wilson put in a three-bet to 2,600 over an open raise to 800 by the player in the hijack. Action folded back to the hijack who called and the two went heads up to the {7-Clubs}{k-Spades}{j-Spades} flop. The hijack checked and Wilson put in a continuation-bet of 2,200. His opponent called and the turn came {10-Spades}. The hijack again checked and Wilson made a bet of 3,200. After confirming the amount, the hijack made the call. The river was the {3-Hearts} and the hijack checked to Wilson, who fired a third barrel of 8,000.

The hijack went into the tank for about 90 seconds before asking to see Wilson's remaining chips. Wilson moved his hands and displayed a stack of 11,100 behind him. He continued to think for another full minute or so before relinquishing his hand and the dealer sent the pot Wilson's way.

Level 4 : 200/300, 300 ante

According to a player at the table, Eric Baldwin was eliminated from the tournament after raising {k-}{5-}-suited preflop and calling a small three bet.
