The {5-Spades} completed the board. Percysmith and Zyrin checked. Polychronopoulos fired a bet of 178,000. Percysmith took a minute of reflection, then opted to call. Zyrin folded. Polychronopoulos turned over {5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for fives full of deuces and Percysmith threw his hand in the muck.

Benvenuto went deep into the tank for a couple of minutes, then let out a sigh, and proceeded to let it go.
