Deeb Up to a Million

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Shaun Deeb raised on the button and Frankie O'Dell called in the big blind.

O'Dell check-raised on a {9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{j-Clubs} flop and Deeb called.

The turn was the {2-Clubs} and O'Dell bet. Deeb called and the river was the {8-Clubs}.

O'Dell checked and snap-mucked to a bet from Deeb.

"I was like 'I just don't think you have it!'" said Deeb, open-mucking {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for a straight flush.

Robert Slezak

Robert Slezak raised and Owais Ahmed three-bet. "Okay, I still have enough to call," Slezak said and made the call. Ahmed bet the {k-Clubs}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts} flop and Slezak called with the words "I might still fold" to see the {k-Spades} turn. Ahmed bet once more and Slezak called all in.

"I have nothing," Slezak mentioned in table chat and turned over {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades} for a gutshot.

Ahmed had {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{6-Spades} for aces up and the same gutshot, and Slezak needed a jack to chop. Instead it was the blank {5-Diamonds} on the river and Slezak was eliminated in 12th place for $27,287.

Robert Campbell

Jake Schwartz took a pot off Shaun Deeb and was then involved in three-way action with Ken Aldridge and Robert Campbell.

It was Aldridge that bet the {9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop and he picked up two calls. On the {9-Diamonds} turn, Aldridge bet again and Schwartz called, Campbell check-raised and both came along. On the {q-Spades} river, Campbell led right away and Aldridge folded after some consideration, as did Schwartz after giving it a lot of thought.

Vartughian and Benyamine Take From Campbell

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Robert Campbell bet each street on the board {9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and he was called by Ed Vartughian. Campbell tabled the {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts} for a missed low and flush draw and Vartughian won the pot with {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for trips nines.

Soon after, Campbell clashed with David Benyamine, who received three quarters of the pot on a {q-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{8-Hearts} board. Benyamine had the {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} for the high pot and the nut low, while Campbell only received half of the low with {a-Spades}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts}.
