On the river, Konopelko bet 16,500,000, Veiga raised what appeared to be small, but Konopelko quickly waved the white flag regardless.

Frei, after briefly being stunned by the unfortunate turn of events, then splashed all of his chips across the felt in frustration and made his way out of the tournament area.
