Hands #77-83: McNurlan Edges Further Ahead

Level 38 : 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Hand #77: Adam Richardson got a rare (up til now) walk, Jim McNurlan quickly giving up his small blind.

Hand #78: Mash got his own walk, Richardson passing the blind he just received around clockwise.

Hand #79: McNurlan raised to 2,400,000 preflop, no call.

Hand #80: McNurlan took his turn receiving a decision-free walk.

Hand #81: McNurlan flicked in the 400k to make up the small blind and Richardson checked his option. There was a check-fest all the way to the river as the board ran out {4-Spades}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades} {5-Spades} {9-Clubs}, McNurlan winning at showdown with {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}.

Hand #82: McNurlan raised to 1,800,000; Richardson and Mash gave up their blinds.

Hand #83: McNurlan limped in for 800,000 under the gun and saw a flop three-way with Mash and Fontaine in the blinds. The {k-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop was checked round but McNurlan took the pot with a 2,500,000 bet on the {j-Hearts} turn. Fontaine tanked for a little while before folding this one, a change from the very fast paced turn this final table has taken.
