Sitbon Eliminates Nguyen

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Julien Sitbon
Julien Sitbon

The {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{9-Spades} flop was already on the board and there was 105,000 in the pot. Big blind Nikolai Sears checked his option and Tam Nguyen bet 105,000 with only about 50,000 behind. Julien Sitbon raised from middle position to well over 250,000 and the action was on James Pritchard on the button. He thought about it for a while but he let go of his hand. Sears folded as well and Nguyen called for his tournament life.

Tam Nguyen: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Julien Sitbon: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The board ran out with the {3-Diamonds} turn and {10-Diamonds} river and Sitbon won a nice pot to push him over the one-million chip mark while Nguyen was eliminated from the tournament.

Sitbon Forces a Fold from Depa

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

In a head's up situation in a raised pot, the flop read {10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{k-Spades} when Jonathan Depa check-called Julien Sitbon's bet for 40,000.

The turn {5-Diamonds} went check-check and the dealer brought a {3-Diamonds} on the river. Depa bet 41,000 and after a minute, Sitbon reraised to 200,000. Depa quickly folded his hand.

Noori Takes From Ludlow

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Michael Noori
Michael Noori

Benjamin Ludlow opened the action with a raise to 25,000 from the cutoff and it folded to Michael Noori in the big blind. He grabbed Matt Glantz's small blind and his own big bind and stacked them up because he thought he got a walk. However, Noori put the chips back on the table when he realized Ludlow had raised.

Noori recomposed and called Ludlow's raise. The flop was {a-Spades}{q-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and both players checked. The {k-Spades} fell on the turn and Noori bet 30,000. Ludlow called to see the {7-Diamonds} complete the board and both players checked again.

Noori showed {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs} to take down the pot.

Ismael Bojang
Ismael Bojang

The two players were all in preflop, Ismael Bojang owning a slightly better stack than Scott Stinson, and cards were turned face up.

Bojang was holding {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{2-Spades} and was up against {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} in Stinson's hand, but the board fell {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{10-Spades}, giving Bojang a full house and leaving Stinson with crumbs.
