Hunichen Eliminated by Snead

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante
Chris Hunichen
Chris Hunichen

Chris Hunichen found himself all in for 38,000 from under the gun against Sam Snead in the big blind as some dead money sat in the middle.

Hunichen: {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Snead: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{6-Spades}

The dealer spread the {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Spades}{a-Spades}{q-Hearts} board, and Snead turned the nut flush to eliminate Hunichen from the Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller.

Le Wins With Aggression

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante

Cong Pham opened to 2,000 in the cutoff and he was called by Allan Le on the button and Veselin Karakitukov in the small blind. On the {j-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop, Karakitukov checked and Pham continued for 3,500. Le bumped it up to 11,800 and that was called by both os his opponents.

On the {5-Clubs} turn, Karakitukov and Pham checked, which prompted a bet of 38,000 by Le. That was all it took in order to force two folds and award the pot to Le.

Nguyen Doubles Through Morgenstern

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante

Andrew Nguyen opened to 1,800 in early position and Anton Morgenstern called from the hijack. Sam Snead called in the cutoff before Chris Hunichen three-bet to 5,400 from the button.

Nguyen called, and Morgenstern elected to four-bet to 23,600 total. Snead folded, but both Hunichen and Nguyen called.

The flop landed {6-Spades}{9-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and Nguyen bet his last 72,000. Morgenstern isolated for his 140,000 and Hunichen folded.

Nguyen: {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Morgenstern: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}

The turn of the {4-Diamonds} changed nothing, but when the river fell the {9-Clubs} to give Nguyen trip nines, he secured the double through Morgenstern.

Hassabis Bests Bowker

Level 3 : 300/500, 0 ante

After he was moved tables, Demis Hassabis has been able to build his stack consistently and just dragged in another pot in showdown against Kyle Bowker. The board showed {k-Spades}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and Bowker checked out of the small blind, faced a bet of 15,000 by Hassabis in late position.

Bowker called and Hassabis rolled over {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for the king-high flush. That was good enough to win the pot, as Bowker sigh-mucked his cards.
