Level 6 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

Andrew Robl opened to 11,000 from under the gun and Daniel Negreanu called from the big blind. On a flop of {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Spades}, Negreanu check-called a bet of 11,000 from Robl.

The action was the same on the {5-Diamonds} turn with Robl betting 38,000 this time. The {7-Spades} landed on the river and Negreanu checked once more. Robl tossed in a bet of 80,000 and Negreanu showed no signs of folding.

Robl knuckled the table after Negreanu called and showed {3-Spades}{3-Hearts}. Negreanu held {q-Spades}{9-Hearts} for top pair as the two players are headed in opposite directions.

Foxen Gets After It on His Second Bullet

Level 6 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Alex Foxen barely had his butt in the chair on his second bullet and he wasted no time in getting right back in the action. Foxen raised it up from the hijack and Justin Bonomo made a three-bet to 42,000 from the big blind. Foxen replied with a four-bet to 94,000 and Bonomo called.

The flop came {q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} and Bonomo checked to Foxen who continued for 42,000 after using a time extension. Bonomo called and the {2-Spades} hit the turn. Bonomo checked again and Foxen shoved all in, forcing a quick fold from Bonomo.

Joe McKeehen was collecting a double when we arrived at the table, with {a-}{8-} in front of him and {7-}{7-} in front of Julien Martini in a blind-versus-blind pot. The river paired McKeehen's eight and he collected about 100,000.

At the same table, Chris Hunichen used his allotted reentry to take a seat between the two players.

Hutter Gets Three Streets with Aces

Level 5 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

The action folded around to Barry Hutter on the button who made it 9,000 to go. Andrew Robl defended from the big blind and the flop came {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}. Robl check-called a bet of 16,000 from Hutter and the {4-Clubs} landed on the turn.

Robl checked again and Hutter tossed in another bet of 30,000. Robl still called and the {q-Spades} completed the board. Robl checked for the third time and Hutter reached back for a bet of 82,000. Robl looked him up and Hutter whipped over {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} for a set of aces, good enough to claim the pot.

Imsirovic Keeps Rolling

Level 5 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Roger Teska opened to 10,000 from under the gun and was called by Ali Imsirovic in the cutoff and Sam Snead in the big blind. The flop fell {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and the action checked to Imsirovic who bet 15,000. Snead called and Teska got out of the way.

The turn brought the {a-Clubs} and Snead check-called another bet of 40,000 from Imsirovic. The {2-Clubs} on the river put four clubs on the board and Snead checked for the third time. Imsirovic splashed in a bet of 75,000 and Snead quickly called. Imsirovic tabled {k-Spades}{j-Clubs} and his jack-high flush was good enough to earn him another pot.
