"I'll Miss my Fligt with Pleasure Tonight"

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

A player raised and Jean-Francois Alexandre three-bet before Duy Tran four-bet shove for a stack around 3,000,000. It folded back to Alexandre who snap-called with a slightly better stack, showing {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}.

Tran, holding {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}, was in desperate shape for a double up and found no help on a board {2-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{q-Spades} and the big pot went to Alexandre who stood up from his chair from joy.

"I'll miss my flight with pleasure tonight!" said the French-canadian player, adding "It's awesome".

Happy River for Villani

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

A player raised and Luciano Villani pushed all in on the button for 1,075,000. The initial raiser called and the players tabled their cards:

Luciano Villani: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
His opponent: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}

Villani had the dominating hand, but {10-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} fell on the flop, giving a pair of queens to his opponent. The {9-Diamonds} appeared on the turn before the {j-Hearts} hit the river to give a straight to Villani and the double up.

Foresman Takes From Torre; Has the Lead

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Joe Foresman raised under the gun and Giovani Torre three-bet on the cutoff. Action folded back to Foresman who stuck around with a call.

A flop reading {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} was dealt and Foresman checked. Torre bet 925,000 and Foresman check-raised all in for 3,390,000. Torre made the call.

Joe Foresman: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Giovani Torre: {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

Giovani Torre had flopped a flush draw but that wasn't good enough as Foresman had flopped top pair and an ace-high flush draw. The {4-Spades} turn and {10-Spades} river completed the board and Foresman won the pot.
