Couden's Eight Takes Pot

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

A-5 Triple Draw

Joseph Couden raised from under the gun and was called by Shaun Deeb in the small blind and Kristijonas Andrulis in the big blind. All three players drew two cards and Deeb checked before Andrulis put in a bet. Couden and Deeb both called and the second draw went two, pat, two. Deeb checked to Andrulis again, who fired another bullet. Couden called again and Deeb folded, taking the pot heads up to the final draw. Both players stood pat and Andrulis checked to Couden, who made a bet.

Andrulis made the call but mucked his hand after Couden tabled {8-}{6-}{3-}{2-}{a-} for an eight.
