Slay Doubles in a Cooler

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante
Kelly Slay

Tou Kue led out 11,500 from the small blind with {3-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{k-Diamonds} on the table and around 15,000 in the pot. Kelly Slay moved all in from under the gun, and a third player gave up.

Kue asked for a count, smelling trouble, but he called the 32,500-shove anyway. He found himself coolered as his {q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for the second-nut flush wasn't enough. Slay turned up {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for the nuts and the {k-Spades} river couldn't help Kue.

Carden Doubles Through Witsch

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

With around 7,500 in the pot and a board reading {2-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{j-Spades}, Greg Witsch had 4,000 out in front of him on the button and was debating what to do as Matt Carden had moved all in for 13,800 from middle position. Eventually, Witsch made the call and the hands were turned up.

Witsch: {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Carden: {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}

Carden was ahead with top two pair and he held as the {4-Hearts} bricked on the river. Witsch dropped to 22,000 after the hand while Carden doubled up to 35,300.

Level 1 : 100/100, 0 ante

Jeff Plett and Edwin Pairavi checked to Thomas Tran who bet 800 from the hijack with the flop reading {8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. Platt called from the big blind and Pairavi called as well.

The {a-Spades} turn was checked through and Platt led out 2,200 on the {q-Clubs} river. Pairavi called and Tran folded.

Platt announced an eight, flipping {8-}{x-} but he quickly mucked his hand when Pairavi tabled {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}.
