Phil Hellmuth was just eliminated from the tournament by Brian Hastings who was kind enough to recount the hand.

Hastings opened with and Hellmuth and another player called. The three of them saw a flop of {j-}{10-}{6-} with two hearts and one spade. Hastings checked and Hellmuth bet the pot. Hastings check-raised to put Hellmuth all in and Hellmuth called.

Phil Hellmuth: {a-}{q-}{j-}{6-}

The turn came {k-Spades} to give Hellmuth Broadway and Hastings outs to the flush in addition to his redraw outs at a full house. The river fell {10-} to complete the full house and send Hellmuth to the rail while Hastings continues his fast start on Day 2.

Romero Check-Raises Flop

David Eldridge raised in the hijack to 3,500 and Orlando Romero called in the small blind.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, Eldridge checked and Romero bet out 5,000, Eldridge instantly raised to 20,000 and Romero snap-folded.

Sande Doubles Through Klein

No-Limit Hold'em

Leonard Sande opened to 3,500 from under the gun and was called by Loren Klein on the button. Peter Linton was in the big blind and defended to take action three ways to the flop {j-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{3-Spades}. Linton checked and Sande fired a continuation-bet of 5,200. Klein called and Linton folded.

The turn was {10-Clubs} and Sande checked. Klein put him all in and he quickly called.

"I didn't see that coming!" exclaimed Klein as he found his top two pair all of a sudden in need of two outs to improve and get the knockout.

Bernalsanchez Three-Bets Pre

Michael Kuney raised in middle position to 4,500 and the action folded around to Eduardo Bernalsanchez who three-bet to 14,000 from the small blind, the big blind folded and Kuney made the call.

The flop got checked through on {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and on the {9-Clubs} turn Bernalsanchez bet out 12,000 and that was good enough to take it down.

The flop came {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and Larabi checked to Gregorich who shoved all-in and Larabi snap-called.

Larabi flopped a flush draw and a straight draw against Gregorich but the turn was the {8-Spades} giving Gregorich a full house and Larabi was drawing dead to the {10-Hearts} on the river.

Brian Hastings opened to 4,000 from the hijack and was called by Michael Noori in the small blind and Lucas Greenwood in the big blind. The flop came {5-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and both Noori and Greenwood checked. Hastings made a continuation-bet of 9,000. Noori called and Greenwood folded.

The turn came {2-Hearts} and Noori checked to Hastings, who fired again for 25,000. Noori made the call. The river was {3-Clubs} and Noori checked. Hastings checked behind to take the hand to showdown.

"One pair," Noori announced.

Hastings tabled {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for tens up. Noori mucked.

"There were some diamonds you didn't want," said Noori.

"One or two?" asked Hastings.

"One. I mean, I had ace-high diamonds," responded Noori as the dealer began to pitch the cards for the next hand.
