Garrett Eliminated by Kolev

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Brad Garrett
Brad Garrett

After losing most of his chips just now, Brad Garrett got up to leave the table before being called back as he had 2,000 still in play, which was not quite the value of a big blind, Garrett announced he was going all in blind in the next hand.

Boris Kolev was the player to open the action, making it 5,500 in middle position. One other player called before Garrett put his last chips in and there was another call on the button, making it four-handed to the flop. Garrett had the opportunity to quintuple his stack.

The flop was the {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and Kolev check-raised over the button's 15,000 bet, which he and the other player folded. It meant Kolev took the side pot and Kolev and Garrett tabled their cards for the main.

Boris Kolev: {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Brad Garrett: {q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}

Both players had hit top pair but Garrett needed a deuce to stay in the game. Neither the {5-Hearts} turn or {q-Spades} river obliged him and he headed towards his car for the second time.

Buchanan Part of Double Bustout

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

A player moved all in for her last remaining chips and Shawn Buchanan moved all in behind from the next seat over for a lesser amount. With action on Sohale Khalili in the big blind he asked the dealer for a count of the bigger stack.

The dealer confirmed 33,500 and Khalili, with a sizable chipstack, made the call and all three players tabled their hands.

All-In Player: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Shawn Buchanan: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Sohale Khalili: {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

The flop of {q-Hearts}{7-Spades}{10-Diamonds} gave Khalili middle set and Buchanan and the other all-in player the Broadway draw, but {7-Hearts} turn gave Khalili the full house and the double knockout even before the dealer fanned the {8-Hearts} river.

Markholt Three-Bet Shoves

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

John Phan raised it to 9,500 from late position. Lee Markholt then three-bet shoved from his small blind and the big-blind player got out of the way. With action back on Phan he went into the tank because a call would put him all in. After over a minute Phan folded {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds} face-up and Markholt took the pot.

Puchkov Up After Elimination

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Konstantin Puchkov has taken a pot and taken out an opponent after holding with pocket {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} on a {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} board. That pot puts him up to a little over 40 big blinds.
