Hoang Makes Hero Call With Tournament Life on the Line
The board read 
, a pot of about 175,000 was in the middle. Ngon Hoang was facing a decision for his tournament life as big stack Sasha Liu put him to the ultimate test with a river all in bet.
Hoang hemmed and hawed, seemingly very torn over the decision. "Show if I fold?" he asked, to which Liu replied "What?" as if she did not hear the question.
"If you have to think this long...." said Liu, "I have something I can call with" replied Hoang. He thought it over for about 30 more seconds, checked the tournament clock, before spiking his remaining stack forward to indicate a call.

for the winning second pair. He jumped up from the table in relief and pumped his fist as his tournament was still alive and now with a substantial stack. Liu took the hit to her stack well, as she still sits with over a million.
