Kessler Gives Up Against Kaplan

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Allen Kessler raised to 13,000 from the hijack and Jordan Kaplan three-bet to 33,000 in the cutoff. Action folded back to Kessler who made the call.

The flop came {9-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, Kessler check-called the 33,000 continuation-bet of Kaplan.

The turn was the {6-Spades}, Kessler checked again and Kaplan shoved for 121,500. Kessler dived into the tank for a while. In the meantime on the other side of the table, a conversation about Chad Power's sequined jacket was going on. Kessler tanked for a bit longer but opted to fold in the end.
