Hand #99: Garry Gates made it 3,500,000 to go from the cutoff and Ensan came along from the small blind, Sammartino forfeited his big blind. On a flop, Ensan bet 3,500,000 and Gates made the call to see the turn. Ensan now checked and Gates bet small for 4,500,000, which Ensan called.
