Vieira Wins Flip to Add to Stack

Level 22 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Joseph "MrWheatToast" Orsino got his short stack in the middle with {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}, and he was flipping against the {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} of big stack Joao Vieira. Vieira would flop top two pair, and make an unnecessary full house on the river, to boost his stack up to almost 800,000.

Action River Sends Luca a Huge Pot

Level 21 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

Kevin "Tunde4" Eyster looked to be in great shape to score a big double up, as he got his final chips in preflop holding pocket tens against the eights of Ivan Luca. The flop of {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{9-Spades} kept Eyster in the lead, as did the {j-Clubs} turn. However, that card did flip the player's outs, and sure enough, a ten on the river gave Eyster a set, but Luca a winning straight.

Luca scored a near double up with that pot, jumping over 250,000 now.

Kamphues Finishes Off Kornuth

Level 19 : 3,500/7,000, 900 ante

Not long after Lars "schimmelgodx" Kamphues scored a big double through Chance Kornuth, he just took another massive pot off of Kornuth to send him to the rail. Kornuth would open shove all in for his final 107,000, and two seats over, Kamphues moved all in for just 10,000 more.

Kamphues: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Kornuth: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}

The flop of {9-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{6-Clubs} brought no help, and while another four on the turn brought some chop outs, the {j-Spades} river didn't change a thing.
