Salter Gets Lucky to Double Through Pupillo

Nick "DuckFlush" Pupillo raised to 2,800 from the hijack, and Jack "EarlGrey" Salter, who finished runner-up to Ryan "Joeyisamush" Depaulo in yesterday's Event #12: $500 BIG 500 No-Limit Hold'em, three-bet shoved for 19,888 on the button. Pupillo called.

Salter picked up a gutshot on the flop, but the turn was a brick. Salter needed a ten or an eight to stay alive, and found one on the river, earning the double through Pupillo.
