"MMarcus" Doubles Up to Stay in the Hunt

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 350 ante

"INNO-C" called from middle position and "Mmarcus" raised to 13,500 from the button. Action folded back around to "INNO-C" for the call.

The flop was {6-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and "INNO-C" checked. "Mmarcus" bet 33,600 and got the check-call.

The turn was {2-Hearts} and "INNO-C" bet 50,400 and "MMarcus" called for their last 33,599.

"INNO-C": {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}
"Mmarcus": {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{6-Spades}

The river was a {2-Clubs}, giving "Mmarcus" a crucial double with the full house of twos full of kings.

Schwartz Runs Into the Nut Flush

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 350 ante

Noam "lamalo21" Garama opened for 6,300 from under the gun and was called by "A LEI" from the small blind and Noah "TheVaccine" Schwartz from the big blind.

All three players checked both the {10-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop and the {9-Clubs} turn before "A LEI" led out for 21,000 on the {4-Diamonds} river. Schwartz called before Garama raised to 79,500. "A LEI" folded and Schwartz called off for his stack of 38,030.

Schwartz held {j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for a flush but this wasn't good enough as Garama held {a-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for the nut flush to win the hand. Schwartz re-entered after the hand was completed.

Three Strikes and Simao is Out

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 350 ante

"A LEI" opened the button for 9,000 and was called by Joao Simao. Simao bet 21,600 on the {3-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} flop. "A LEI" raised to 43,200 and Simao called off his stack of 29,950.

Joao Simao: {q-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}
"A LEI": {k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

Simao had draws for a straight but neither the {j-Spades} turn nor the {7-Spades} river was able to complete them. This was the third bullet for Simao and his run at a bracelet in this event is over as the event only allows for two re-entries.

"Bees44" Turns Full House to Claim Chip Lead

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 350 ante

Just before the end of Level 15, "Bees44" started the action with a raise from on the button to 6,250. Fei "Shanghaichen" Chen made the call from the big blind.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{9-Hearts} and Chen checked. "Bees44" bet 5,586 and Chen made the smooth call.

The turn was {4-Diamonds} and Chen checked. "Bees44" led with 16,396 and Chen check-raised to 75,910. "Bees44" immediately went over the top to put Chen's last 154,600 at risk and got the call.

"Bees44": {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Fei "Shanghaichen" Chen: {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}

Chen flopped a full house with nines full of jacks, but "Bees44" turned a bigger one and the {a-Hearts} on the river was no help as "Bees44" claimed the massive pot and the chip lead.

Level 15 : 1,250/2,500, 300 ante

Cuong "CLVT" Trinh opened for 8,750 from the cutoff before Adam Owen three-bet to 30,000 from the button. Yen-Liang "yao_poker" Yao four-bet to 100,000 from the big blind and Trinh folded. Owen five-bet enough to cover the 141,227 Yao had to start the hand and got a call.

Yen-Liang "yao_poker" Yao: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
Adam Owen: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{5-Hearts}

Yao stayed ahead of Owen the entire way with the {7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Spades} board to earn a double against Owen.
