Igor "teletups" Pihela opened for 4,200 from early position. Rafi "CheckYoMama" Elharar three-bet to 15,400 from the button and Pihela called.

Pihela fired out for 34,300 on the {2-Hearts}{3-Spades}{5-Hearts} flop. Elharar jammed for 88,919 and Pihela, who barely had his opponent covered, made the call.

The {7-Hearts} turn gave Pihela a flush and Elharar was drawing dead. The {4-Clubs} river made the hand official and Elharer re-entered after the hand for his second bullet.
