"MANKELIMAS4" Jumps to Chip Lead

Alessandro "MonkeyD93" Pichierri opened the action from middle position for 160. "webejammin" three-bet to 576 and "MANKELIMAS4" four-bet to 1,728. Pichierri made the call and "webejammin" got out of the way.

The flop came {k-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and "MANKELIMAS4" fired a bet of 904 to a quick call from Pichierri. The turn {j-Hearts} brought a bet of 1,500 and another flat call from Pichierri.

The river {3-Spades} did not slow the action as "MANKELIMAS4" continued with another 2,170. Pichierri made the call and turned over {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} but "MANKELIMAS4" had {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} to take the pot with a set of kings and claim the early chip lead.

Aces Hold for Greenwood

Joshua "slayerv1fan" Hoesel opened from under the gun for 200 and Sam Greenwood three-bet to 1,000. Hoesel four-bet to 2,320 and Greenwood made the call after using some of the time bank.

The flop was {6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Hoesel continued for 1,260. Greenwood made the flat call and the turn came {j-Hearts}.

Hoesel jammed for 5,462 on the turn and got a quick call from Greenwood who turned over {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}. Hoesel showed {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} and the river {9-Hearts} was no help and Greenwood's aces held for the early cooler.

Just before the break, Kevin Martin raised from under the gun to 250 and Lionel "flopitdinho" Loh three-bet to 800 from the cutoff. Martin made the call and the flop came {8-Hearts}{k-Spades}{3-Spades}.

Martin checked and Loh bet 606. Martin used some of the time bank before raising to 1,899 and Loh made the call. The turn came {2-Spades} and Martin used some time before firing 2,859. Loh immediately three-bet to 13,400 and Martin made the call for his last 7,608.

Loh turned over {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} but Martin had {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} for a strong set of threes. The river {5-Clubs} was no help for Loh and Martin took the early pot to move into the top ten on the leaderboard.

The former PocketFives world #1-ranked online poker player won his first bracelet in the GGPoker WSOP Online taking down Event #2: $1,111 Caesars Cares for $206,075.
