Aces Work for Iakovlev

Blinds: 15,000/30,000

In a matchup of the button vs the big blind, Michael "Minthon" Iakovlev and "GOD24" got in a raising war that saw the latter's final 400,000 and change get into the middle. Iakovlev showed {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, and he was in good shape against the {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades} of "GOD24."

The flop of {a-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs} all but ended the hand, and a ten on the turn gave Iakovlev a full boat, ending the hand.

Ichinose Busts to Baumgarten

Blinds: 12,500/25,000

Kosei Ichinose raised it up to 87,500, and next to act, Joao Mathias "12345123456" Baumgarten three bet to 250,000. Ichinose had just over 300,000 total, and he would shove those chips in. Baumgarten called with {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{9-Hearts}, and he was ahead of Ichinose's {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

The board ran down {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}, and the kings held for Baumgarten to score them the knockout bounty.

Big Stacks From the Final 150

Fisher Busts to Trokhymenko

Blinds: 8,000/16,000

After Manuel "OPPikachu" Fischer raised it up, Oleksandr "mXcA7x" Trokhymenko called to go heads up to a flop of {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}. Trokhymenko checked to Fischer, who fired 60,000. Trokhymenko moved all in for over 220,000, and Fischer called all in for less.

Manuel "OPPikachu" Fischer: {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Oleksandr "mXcA7x" Trokhymenko: {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

Fischer had a world of outs, but the {k-Spades} turn and {a-Hearts} river provided no help for what would end up being nine high.

Knockout for Qi

Blinds: 8,000/16,000

Action started with Niklas Astedt raising to 40,000 from under the gun, and Yaoqing "QIYAOQING" Qi called next to act. Two seats over, "padriew" put in a three bet to 180,000. Astedt folded, but Qi wasn't going anywhere, raising enough to set "padriew" all in.

That bet was called by "padriew" holding {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, and Qi showed {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{6-Spades}. The flop of {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} hit both players, leaving it a virtual coin flip. However, the {q-Clubs} turn gave Qi a broadway straight. "padriew" needed a queen or jack to fill up and flip the script, but a three came instead.

Triple Up For Helin

Blinds: 7,000/14,000

There is already over 100,000 in the middle in a three way pot when "hayato8" bets 70,000. The board is showing {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Clubs}{j-Spades}, and next to act, Kalle "Galuboi" Helin calls all in for his final 67,000 in change. The third player in the pot, Yaoqing "QIYAOQING" Qi, also calls the 70,000, and the {k-Diamonds} river would go check check. Helin showed {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Spades} in the hole for a set of jacks, and that was good enough to draw the pot of nearly 300,000.

Latest Round of Big Stacks

The field is quickly down to just 370 players now. The blinds just went up to 5,000-10,000, with an average stack of 501,000. Here are the players who are in the best shape right now.

Ichinose Gets Another Double

Blinds: 3,500/7,000

Three players saw a flop of {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} come down, and after the small blind checked, Kosei Ichinose moved all in for 68,000 and change, just under a pot sized bet. "maxcapone" ducked out of the way, but "The Idiot" made the call with {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Clubs} for an overpair and flush draw. Ichinose showed {j-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for a straight, and his hand would hold on the {4-Hearts} turn and {j-Hearts} river.

With that pot, Ichinose is now over 200,000.

Big Bet On River From Maimone

Blinds: 3,500/7,000

Nick Maimone raised to 14,000, and next to act, "LaitoinNielee" reraied to 55,000. It folded back to Maimone who called, and the flop came down {7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Spades}. Maimone check called a bet of 58,000 and change, and both players would tap the virtual felt on the {6-Spades} turn.

The river brought the {7-Clubs}, and Maimone went for a bit bet of 188,500. "LaitoinNielee" thought for a bit before folding, and Maimone took down the pot.
