Addamo Down a Second Bullet

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 150 ante
Addamo vs Pardo
Addamo vs Pardo

Juan Pardo raised to 2,400 from under the gun and Michael Addamo was the only one to call out of the big blind. The Aussie check-called the {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{10-Spades} flop for 4,800 and the {9-Clubs} turn for 10,800. Addamo also checked the {8-Spades} on the river and Pardo then bet 47,400, which covered the 42,325 Addamo had behind.

Without activating his time bank, Addamo called with {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for the king-high straight but Pardo had the best of it with the {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}.

"sisu" Doubles; Hartmann Chips Up

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 150 ante

"sisu" scored a double when their {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} held against Erik Seidel's {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}, the chips went in after the {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{6-Spades} turn and the {a-Diamonds} river was a blank.

The same table provided more fireworks as Pascal Hartmann leaped back above the starting stack soon after. Ole Schemion three-bet Hartmann's open raise from 2,760 to 9,120 and earned a call. As they headed to the {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop, Hartmann check-raised to 12,960 and Schemion stuck around. The {j-Spades} turn was checked and Hartmann bet the {4-Diamonds} river for 15,840.

Schemion called with {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} for a bluff catcher but Hartmann had the goods with {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for two pair.

Madanzhiev Out for Now

Level 6 : 700/1,400, 175 ante
Madanzhiev eliminated by Jerome001
Madanzhiev eliminated by Jerome001

After the previous clash with Benjamin Chalot, Stoyan Madanzhiev got his stack in with the {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} out of the small blind. He was called by the initial raiser "Jerome001" with {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and fell behind on the {10-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop. The {k-Diamonds} turn changed nothing much as Madanzhiev still needed a five or ace.

It was a blank {j-Diamonds} river that completed the board and knocked out the 2020 WSOP Online Main Event champion on the first bullet.
