Dan Zack raised to 5,500 on the button and Nick Petrangelo three-bet to 21,500 out of the big blind. Zack called and the flop came {7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. Petrangelo led out for 28,000 and Zack still called.

The turn was the {9-Clubs} and Petrangelo moved all in for 89,800. Zack asked for a count and gave it some thought but eventually decided to ditch his cards into the muck.

Persson Gets Hall'd Out

The board read {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} with around 70,000 chips already in the middle. Eric Persson was down to his last 130,000 chips and Galen Hall had no problem putting them at risk.

Hall flipped over {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a turned flush and Persson held {k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} for two pair and a better flush draw. The river was the {7-Hearts} and Persson was unable to come from behind as he was eliminated in the second round.

Bin Weng wrestled the chip lead from Adrian Mateos in the early going of their heads-up match and it didn't take long for all of the chips to go in the middle. On a board reading {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades} with around 85,000 already in the middle, Adrian Mateos led out for 58,000.

Bin Weng thought for a moment before announcing all in and Mateos called off his stack of around 190,000. Weng turned over {7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a straight and Mateos was already drawing dead with {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}. Weng was the first player to advance to the Round of 16 that will take place tomorrow.

Joao Vieira raised it up on the button and Aleksandr Shevlyakov re-raised to 20,000. Vieira called and the dealer spread the flop of {a-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Spades}. Shevlyakov checked to Vieira who bet 13,000 and Shevlyakov called.

The turn brought the {5-Diamonds} and Shevlyakov check-called another bet of 33,000 from Vieira. The river was the {7-Clubs} and Shevlyakov checked for the third time. Vieira went into the tank for over two minutes before putting together a bet of 85,000. Shevlyakov called and Vieira turned over {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} but it was no good against the {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs} of Shevlyakov.
