Out of a field of 253 entries, only 104 players will return to the seats in the Amazon Room to showcase their skills in the latest mixed game tournament of the 2021 World Series of Poker. As of 2 p.m. local time, Event #18: $2,500 Mixed Triple Draw Lowball will recommence and all those still in contention will aim to secure a portion of the $562,925 prize pool. More than half of them will leave empty-handed as just the top 38 finishers will earn at least $4,097 for their efforts.

Three WSOP bracelet winners are at the top of the leaderboard and Robert Mizrachi leads the pack with 201,000. He is followed by Julien Martini (180,000) and Scott Seiver (177,000) while several other contenders are just a few big blinds behind. Philip Sternheimer can also be found in the overnight top ten while Joao Vieira and Randy Ohel are just outside.

Defending champion Dan Zack is also in the mix with a stack of 127,500, which is well above the average when Day 2 kicks off at limits of 2,500/5,000. All levels will last 60 minutes each until a winner has been crowned and a total of ten levels are scheduled for the penultimate tournament day. There will be a 15-minute break every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after the sixth level.

The money bubble is certain to burst today and the field will likely be whittled down to the last few tables. Stay tuned right here on PokerNews to find out who makes the cut in this mixed game competition, which includes 2-7 Triple Draw, A-5 Triple Draw, and Badugi.
