The flop came down {a-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and the big blind checked the action over to Farrell who continuation bet for 3,000. The big blind decided on raising to 9,500. Farrell gave it some time before he decided to call.

The turn came a {k-Clubs} and the big blind bet once more to the tune of 7,000, and Farrell called once more.

The river was a {2-Diamonds} and the big blind went all-in for effectively 20,600. Farrell looked back at his hand, then put his chips in for the call. The opponent grimaced as he turned over {8-Clubs}{7-Spades} for a missed straight and flush draw. Farrell turned over {a-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for aces and nines which was good for the pot.

The under the gun player raised to 3,600 and was called by Courtney Webb in early position and three other callers. The big blind player raised to 21,600 and the only player to match that bet was Webb and they took a flop.

The flop came out {a-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and the big blind player went all-in for the covering stack. Webb sighed as she called and the hands were turned over.

Webb needed to hit her flush to win. The turn {6-Spades} brought additional two pair and three of a kind outs, but the river {j-Hearts} gave her the flush and she hit a big double up.

Mateos tapped the table, wished his tablemates a good game and left the tournament area as Pattni not only scored a double, but a knockout of Mateos.

At another table, Frank Funaro also was eliminated from the tournament.
