The action was picked up on the turn of {j-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and the pot was already over 15,000 in chips.

Both players checked to the river which was the {j-Spades}, and once again both players checked.

David Moses flipped over {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} and said "two pair" his opponent mucked his hand. With that pot, Moses nearly doubles his starting stack.
