Daniel Zack Eliminated in 13th Place ($35,007)

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Daniel Zack
Daniel Zack

Daniel Zack was just eliminated on the last hand before break in a massive three-way pot.

Action began with Artem Maksimov raising to 65,000 in the cutoff. Arthur Morris called on the button, then Zack three-bet to 250,000 from the small blind, leaving himself 400,000 behind. Both Maksimov and Morris called, and a huge pot was brewing.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}, and Zack moved all-in for his last 400,000. Maksimov them moved in over top for 990,000. Morris thought briefly, then chose to fold.

Daniel Zack: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}
Artem Maksimov: {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}

Zack was in trouble with just top pair and a backdoor flush draw versus Maksimov's three eights.

The {9-Clubs} on the turn sealed Zack's fate, followed by the meaningless {a-Hearts} to eliminate him and ship a huge pot to Maksimov.

Sandrock Doubles Through Montgomery

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Chris Sandrock
Chris Sandrock

Jeremy Ausmus bet 50,000 in a multi-way pot on a flop of {k-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Spades} and found three callers to the {8-Clubs} turn. After Kyle Montgomery, Jonathan Witz, and Ausmus checked, Chris Sandrock bet almost all of his remaining 430,000 chips. Montgomery raised enough to put Sandrock all in, while Witz and Ausmus got out of the way.

Chris Sandrock: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Kyle Montgomery: {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs}

Sandrock found a better two pair on the turn and made a flush on the {6-Spades} river to double his stack.

Le Takes Two in Quick Succession

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Arthur Morris raised to 75,000 and was called by Tommy Le on the button and Artem Maksimov in the big blind. The {8-Spades}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop was checked to Le and his bet of 150,000 forced two folds, he tabled the {6-Clubs}{5-Spades} for the flopped straight.

Shortly after, Le opened to 80,000 and Michael Heritsch called on the button. Le bet 85,000 on the {k-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop for Heritsch to call and Le then bet the pot for 400,000 on the {a-Diamonds} turn, which resulted in the instant fold of Heritsch.

Butler Doubles Through Zack

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Daniel Zack's stack has taken another significant hit after a recent pot that began three-ways, but ended up with a double-up.

Arthur Morris first raised to 80,000 in the cutoff, and got a call from Zack on the button. Ashly Butler then squeezed for the size of the pot in the small blind to 380,000, leaving himself just 60,000 behind.

Morris folded, but Zack opted to call, not yet putting Butler all-in.

On the {q-Spades}{2-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop, Butler tossed in his last 60,000, and Zack called.

Ashly Butler: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{2-Clubs}
Daniel Zack: {7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}

Butler's two pair were ahead of Zack's pair, flush draw, and gutshot.

The {4-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} completed the board, and Butler's superior two pair earned him a needed double-up and then some.

Up and Down for Ireland

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

In a three-way pot with Jonathan Witz and Chris Sandrock, it was Anderson Ireland who prevailed when they checked down the {j-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} river. His {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts} made two pair and his two opponents mucked.

Ireland then limped the small blind and chip leader Jordan Spurlin raised to 90,000 for Ireland to call. The {j-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop was checked and Ireland bet the {q-Spades} turn for 100,000, picking up a call from Spurlin. He then also bet the {7-Hearts} river for 250,000 and Spurlin raised to 525,000 in order to force an instant fold.

"I had a lot of outs, I had king ten of clubs," Ireland mentioned in table chat.

Artem Maksimov won a pot when he bet the {k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop for 150,000 in the cutoff to chip up.

Arthur Morris then raised to 75,000 and was called by Tommy Le in the big blind. On a flop of {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, Le check-called for 110,000 and then check-folded the {6-Diamonds} turn when Morris bet another 230,000. He was shown the flopped ten-high straight by Morris.

Sandrock Folds a Monster to Spurlin

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Jordan Spurlin
Jordan Spurlin

Chris Sandrock fired a bet on the {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop, getting two folds while Jordan Spurlin called on the button. Both players checked the {8-Hearts} turn and Sandrock bet the {3-Clubs} river for 465,000. Spurlin took a few minutes before announcing a raise to 1,200,000 putting the pressure on Sandrock, who took some time of his own before showing the {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for the nut flush and mucking his hand. Spurlin took down the massive pot and moved into the chip lead.

Dylan Linde Eliminated in 14th Place ($28,609)

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Dylan Linde
Dylan Linde

Dylan Linde's stack was ground down to under 100,000 when he raised from the cutoff to 80,000, leaving himself just 15,000 behind.

Arthur Morris checked his cards in his 30,000 big blind and opted to raise to put Linde all-in. Linde committed the rest of his chips and they were off to see five cards.

Dylan Linde: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}
Arthur Morris: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

The board came {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}{4-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs}, and Linde couldn't improve to run down Morris' jacks, eliminating him in 14th place.
