Lofgren Three-Bets the Flop

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

In a three-way pot, the flop was {j-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, Kitty Kuo was first to act and checked to Mike Lofgren who threw out a bet of 1,000. The player on his left raised to 2,500 and Kuo snap-folded before Lofgren put in a three-bet to 6,000. The opponent quickly mucked and the chips were sent to Lofgren.

Leathart Sends One to the Rail

Level 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

The cutoff raised and John Leathart three-bet on the button to 2,500. The action folded back around to the cutoff who put in the four-bet to 6,700 and Leathart called.

On the {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop, the cutoff continued for 4,200 and as Leathart was releasing his raise to 11,100, his opponent snap-jammed for his remaining stack of roughly 30,000. Leathart quickly called.

Opponent: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
John Leathart: {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

Leathart was behind the overpair but the {8-Hearts} on the turn gave him a higher flush and the river {8-Diamonds} sealed the knockout.

Liu Finds the Call

Level 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

On the {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} board, Ping Liu checked to his opponent who jammed all-in. Liu went into the tank and asked, "How much?"

The dealer counted the chips and gave a total of 33,600. After counting his chips and realizing he was covered slightly as he had 31,500, he continued to think for about another 10 seconds. Eventually, he splashed the chips in to make the call and his opponent rolled over {j-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for jacks and sixes, using the nine on the board for a kicker. Liu tabled {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for his kicker to play and scooped the pot.
