Sandrock Stacks Two in Massive Pot

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Arthur Morris told PokerNews about a massive hand at the table involving Daniel Fuhs, Eric Hicks and Chris Sandrock.

Sandrock bet 60,000 when checked to on the flop of {q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades} with about 100,000 already in the middle and Fuhs raised all-in. Hicks also jammed and Sandrock called.

Daniel Fuhs: {a-}{a-}{k-}{j-}
Eric Hicks: {q-}{j-}{9-}{7-}
Chris Sandrock: {a-Hearts}{k-}{k-}{3-Hearts}

Sandrock was drawing to the nut flush and hit it as the board ran out {j-Clubs}{2-Hearts} to send two opponents to the rail in just the second level of play.

"That was an over 1,000-big blind pot," tablemate Chris Brewer noted in disbelief.

Kurtzman Chips Up Without Showdown

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Following a raise to 1,200, Eric Kurtzman flat-called in the cutoff and Jonas Kronwitter three-bet to 5,400 on the button. Only Kurtzman stuck around to see the {7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop that got checked through. On the {4-Hearts} turn, Kurtzman bet 8,500 for Kronwitter to call and then fired another 22,000 on the {5-Diamonds} river when a straight appeared on the board.

Kronwitter instantly folded and the pot was shipped to Kurtzman.

Guerra Lays it Down

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Veselin Karakitukov raised to 1,400 in middle position and Lautaro Guerra three-bet to 4,800 on his left. The action folded back to Karakitukov who called. The flop fell {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{2-Spades} and both players checked to the {8-Hearts} on the turn.

Karakitukov led out with a pot-sized bet of 10,600 and Guerra called to see the {k-Diamonds} pair the board on the river. Karakitukov put together another bet of 26,500 and Guerra dumped his cards to the muck.

Benyamine Wins Another Off Bleznick

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Picking up the action on a board reading {2-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}, Jared Bleznick in the small blind bet 8,000 and David Benyamine in the cutoff called.

Bleznick checked on the {5-Clubs} river and Benyamine checked back. Bleznick didn't want to show and mucked when Benyamine tabled {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for two pair.

Coleman Folds the River

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

With just Maxx Coleman on the button and Igor Zektser in the big blind left to act, the completed board showed {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and Zektser checked his option. Coleman bet the pot for 5,400 and Zektser then check-raised to 15,000. After some consideration, Coleman tossed his cards into the muck and Zektser claimed the pot.
