Triple Up for Hsiung

Level 24 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Nicholas Julia raised in the cutoff, Kenny Hsiung three-bet on the button and Justin Liberto four-bet, earning two calls. All of them discarded one card and Liberto bet, Julia called and Hsiung jammed for 94,000. Liberto reraised to 144,000 and Julia called.

Liberto patted the second draw while Julia and Hsiung both took one each. One bet by Liberto and a call followed. The same drawing action repeated and the two active players checked it down. Liberto revealed the {8-}{7-}{4-}{3-}{2-} to which Julia showed a paired five, and Hsiung won the large main pot with {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}.

After a double up just prior, Hsiung now tripled up and jumped right back into contention.

The action was picked up with three players involved on a flop of {4-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Kenny Hsiung who led out with a bet of about half of his remaining chips. Next, Robert Mizrachi raised all-in for the rest of his stack. The third player in the hand and yet to have acted, soon-to-be chipleader Nicholas Julia, re-raised all-in, and Hsiung snap-called.

All of the hands were turned face-up and it was an incredible analytical sight as Hsuing held {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} for a flopped bottom set, Mizrachi and his {7-Spades}{7-Clubs} for a flopped top set, and Julia was in the lead with the {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and a flopped nut straight.

The dealer dealt out the turn card {10-Clubs} and nothing changed.

The river card was a {a-Spades} and that sealed the deal for the winner Julia, which in turn eliminated Hsuing in 7th place and Mizrachi in 6th place.

With that pot, Julia has catapulted back into the chip lead with 4,000,000 chips and five players remaining.

Prasetyo Gets Through With a Shove

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Nicholas Julia raised to 75,000 in the hijack and Aditya Prasetyo was in the tank on the button. "Is this the one buddy?" Julia asked. Another 30 seconds passd and Prasetyo jammed. Robert McLaughlin asked for a count in the big blind and the shove was deemed to be for 830,000 total, which had McLaughlin covered. He folded and Julia was then to act.

"I have dog shit, you wanna gamble?" Julia asked. Prasetyo smiled back and said he was happy with his shove. Justin Liberto came over to sweat and Julia folded, Prasetyo tabled the {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}.

McLaughlin said he folded pocket jacks, to which Julia replied "I am not good enough to fold jacks."

Prasetyo Catches Liberto Bluffing

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

The stampede of Nicholas Julia continued as he earned another pot by betting the {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} turn out of the big blind as Kristan Lord folded on the button.

Julia then raised on the button and was called by Justin Liberto and Aditya Prasetyo out of the blinds. The trio checked the {j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{3-Spades} flop and Liberto bet the {4-Spades} turn, which was called only by Prasetyo. Liberto bet again the {4-Diamonds} river and Prasetyo called.

"You win," Liberto admitted and flashed the {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for a missed low and gutshot wheel draw. Prasetyo tabled {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for trips fours to win the pot.

Nicholas Julia: {x-}{x-}/{j-}{9-}{a-}{2-}/{x-}
Justin Liberto: {a-}{6-}/{7-}{j-}{3-}{2-}/{j-}

The action was discovered on fifth street with Liberto who tossed out a bet and was called by Julia.

On sixth street Liberto fired again and Julia called.

Seventh street was pitched face down to each player and Liberto once again placed out one big bet and Julia called. Next, Liberto tabled his hand for a seven-six low and that sent Julia's cards into the muck.
