Gumz Doubles Twice in a Row

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Fabian Gumz raised to 60,000 from under the gun and Matt Berkey called from the cutoff and so did JJ Liu in the big blind.

The flop came {q-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{a-Spades}, it was checked to Berkey who bet 100,000 which only Gumz called.

The turn was the {5-Clubs}c and Gumz checked again. Berkey put in a stack of chips to put Gumz all-in who called for the 340,000 he had behind.

Fabian Gumz: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Matt Berkey: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

Gumz had flopped the Broadway while Berkey had hit two pair. The river completed the board with the {3-Spades} for Gumz to secure the double-up.

Two hands later, Roland Rokita raised to 60,000 from under the gun and Gumz three-bet to 225,000 in the small blind. Rokita tanked for a while and then four-bet shoved with the bigger stack. Gumz called for the 1,120,000 he had in front of him.

Fabian Gumz: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}
Roland Rokita: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}

The board ran out {2-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{j-Clubs} for Gumz to hold with the rockets to score another double-up to jump towards the top of the counts.
