Rast Forces Fold From Barbero

Level 7 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Nacho Barbero had been the initial raiser from under the gun and fired a second bet of 65,000 on the {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades} turn. By then, only Brian Rast was still involved in the action out of the small blind. Rast opted for a check-raise to 252,000 and that sent Barbero deep into the tank.

More than two minutes passed and he sent the cards into the muck.

Action checked to Kuznetsov on the {9-Spades}{4-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop and he bet 6,000. Only Weinman called.

The {a-Spades} came on the turn and Weinman checked again — prompting a 30,000 bet from Kuznetsov. Weinman laid his hand down and Kuznetsov added to his stack.
