Event #8: $600 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack began yesterday at 11:00 a.m. PT, attracting a field of 4,527 players and building a prize pool of $2,308,770. Of the 4,527, only 216 found a bag at the end of 22 levels of play. All remaining players are guaranteed a payout of at least $1,763 but will be gunning for the first-place prize of $281,604 and a World Series of Poker Gold Bracelet.

Day 2 begins at 12:00 p.m. and it is Krisd Gabrialian coming into the day as the massive chip leader ending Day 1 with 3,230,000. Following him is Shahriar Assareh (2,300,000), and coming in with the third-highest chip stack is Brandon Hattar (1,875,000).

Many notables are still in the field, finding a bag on Day 1 which include: Joey Weissman (1,375,000), Craig Varnell (1,245,000), Eric Balwin (965,000) and Asi Moshe (925,000).

Day 2 will continue to be 30-minute levels with a 15-minute break after every 4 levels. There will be a 60-minute dinner break after level 34 is completed (~6:30 PM).
