Rodriguez Leaves Chen Short

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Fernando Rodriguez opened to 60,000 in middle position and was called by Pete Chen on his left and Jesse Lonis in the cutoff.

The flop came {5-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and Rodriguez checked to Chen who bet 135,000. Lonis folded but Rodriguez check-raised to 300,000. Chen just called and the {5-Clubs} paired the board on the turn.

Rodriguez quickly pushed all in, putting Chen to the test for his remaining 500,000 chips. Chen went into the tank for a couple of minutes before finally sending his cards to the muck.
