Cowen Flops a Set of Tens

Level 22 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Four players headed to a flop of {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and Robert Cowen was the first to take a stab with a bet of 125,000 in the hijack. David Flood called from the cutoff as did Nicholas Rigby on the button.

The turn brought the {4-Hearts} and Cowen sized up with a bet of 385,000. Flood still called and Rigby took his time but decided to get out of the way.

The {j-Spades} landed on the river and Cowen checked this time. "I'm not going to try to bluff you," Flood said as he checked it back. Cowen tabled {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for a set of tens and Flood sent his cards to the muck.
