Up and Down for East

Level 32 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Jareth East opened to 600,000 from under the gun and was called by Mitchell Halverson on the button and Andreas Kniep in the big blind. The flop fell {10-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and the action checked around to the {8-Clubs} on the turn.

Kniep led out with a bet of 1,450,000 and East called while Halverson got out of the way. The river was the {9-Hearts} and Kniep checked to East who made a large bet of 5,575,000. Kniep went into the tank for nearly five minutes before finally folding. East flashed the {a-Clubs} before his cards went into the muck.

On the next hand, Sean Ragozzini raised to 650,000 in early position and East defended from the big blind. The flop came {5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and East check-called a bet of 450,000 from Ragozzini.

The turn was the {k-Diamonds} and both players checked to see the {4-Clubs} on the river. East led out with a bet of 1,000,000 and Ragozzini quickly looked him up. East showed {5-Spades}{4-Spades} for fives and fours but Ragozzini held {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for tens and deuces.
