Peretz Grabs Chips to Galinec

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Yaniv Peretz raised to 1,100 under the gun and only Ivan Galinec got interested and called in the big blind.

The flop came {4-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and Galinec check-called Peretz's continuation for 2,600. The {10-Diamonds} turn and {6-Spades} river were checked and Peretz tabled {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for a pair of queens, which was good enough to make Galinec muck his hand.

Schwartz Adds More to His Stack

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

It folded to Michael Schwartz who raised to 1,100 in the cutoff. The button made the call and the blinds got out of the way.

A flop {4-Clubs}{j-Spades}{q-Spades} was dealt and both players checked to see a {6-Hearts} on the turn. Schwartz check-called his opponent for 1,200. The {5-Spades} river went check-check and Schwartz flipped over {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for a pair of jacks. His opponent sent his cards into the muck.

Zyrin Gets Paid with Quads on the Flop

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Anatolii Zyrin
Anatolii Zyrin

The cutoff raised to 1,000 and Anatolii Zyrin three-bet to 3,500 from the small blind. The big blind folded and the cutoff made the call.

The dealer spread a flop of {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} and Zyrin continued for 2,500. His opponent came along.

The {2-Spades} hit the turn and Zyrin continued to fire, this time for 8,500 and he got called once again.

When the {9-Diamonds} landed on the river, Zyrin bet 20,000 and the opponent took about 30 seconds before putting in the chips to call. Zyrin immediately tabled {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}, showing his flopped quads and the opponent mucked his hand.

Chen Forces a Fold

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

James Chen opened for 900 from the lojack and was called by the cutoff and the button. The player in the small blind then squeezed to 3,700 and only Chen called.

Both players checked on the {2-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{8-Clubs} flop and the small blind checked again on the {a-Diamonds} turn — prompting an 11,000 bet from Chen. His opponent called.

Chen was checked to a final time on the {j-Clubs} river and he fired 20,500 into the middle.

"You do have cowboys beat, right?" Chen's opponent asked. Chen remained silent.

"I'm gonna lay 'em down."

He then folded face down — conceding the pot to Chen.
