Park Wins With Aggression

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Peter Park raised to 600 from under the gun and found one caller before Andrew Kelsall three-bet to 2,200 from the button.

Only Park called and action went heads-up to the {7-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop.

Park check-called the 2,000 continuation bet from Kelsall and the {k-Hearts} turn was checked by both players to the {10-Hearts} river.

Park led out for 8,500 and won the pot after Kelsall quickly mucked his hand.

Seiver Pays Straight

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Action was picked up on the turn with the board reading {4-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{10-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. Alfonso Cammarota bet 1,000, Scott Seiver raised to 3,500 from the cutoff and was called.

The river came the {6-Clubs}. Cammarota led out with a bet of 2,500. Seiver played with his chips in his hand and seemed on the fence about the decision before eventually placing the chips down for the call.

Cammarota tabled the {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for the straight and collected the pot.

Brown Spreading the Wealth

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Thomas Brown just took his seat in Amazon's Purple section and handed out $2 bills to each of his tablemates and the dealer. Brown explained that he does this at the start of every Main Event.

"I just think $2 bills are cool," Brown said.

Brown proceeded to limp from under the gun and got three callers before Johnny Landreth raised to 1,300 from the big blind. Brown and the button called to see a flop of {k-Clubs}{a-Spades}{3-Diamonds}.

All three players checked to the {2-Diamonds} turn, when Landreth led out for 1,000. Only the button called, but he folded to a bet of 2,000 from Landreth on the {6-Hearts} river.
