On the first hand back from break, Lee Markholt raised from middle position and Michael Moncek called in the big blind.
The flop came

Moncek had outflopped Markholt's jacks by hitting two pair. The turn came the 
and Markholt began calling for another queen on the river to get a higher two pair.
Instead, the dealer turned over the
