Good Call for Hsiung

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante
Kenny Hsiung
Kenny Hsiung

Kenny Hsiung raised in the hijack and Anthony Zinno three-bet on the button. Hsiung called.

On the {9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop, Hsiung check-called a bet from Zinno.

The {q-Hearts} turn was checked through to see the {3-Hearts} on the river, putting a four-flush possibility. Hsiung checked once again to Zinno who tossed in a bet. Hsiung paused for a brief moment and made the call.

Zinno tabled {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for ace-high and Hsiung took down the pot with a pair of threes as he showed {a-Spades}{3-Spades}.

Gee Leaves Zinno Short

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Anthony Zinno and David Gee went heads-up to a flop of {3-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{j-Spades}. Zinno, on the button, bet and Gee raised from the big blind.

Zinno called, then called down Gee as the board ran out {2-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}. Gee didn't realize Zinno called his last bet and didn't turn over his hand right away.

"Do you want to show your hand," Zinno asked before Gee showed {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades} for two pair to win the pot.

McKeehen Goes Runner-Runner to Fill Up

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante
Joe Mckeehen
Joe Mckeehen

Joe McKeehen raised from the cutoff before Ben Ross re-raised on the button. Russell Watson called in the big blind, as did McKeehen as they went three-way to a {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop.

Action checked to Ross who continued with a bet. Both opponents called, then called again when Ross bet the {4-Hearts} turn.

The river came the {4-Spades} and both Watson and McKeehen checked. Ross this time decided to check behind. Watson turned over {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a missed flush draw, while McKeehen had {k-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for a full house, fours over threes. Ross flashed {a-}{k-} before mucking.

Zinno Heats Up

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante
Anthony Zinno
Anthony Zinno

After three bets before the flop Robert Linchesky and Anthony Zinno were heads-up.

The flop read {j-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} and Linchesky put out a bet. Zinno crossed the line with his entire stack of 35,000 but the raise was only to 24,000. After a few moments, Linchesky announced a raise and Zinno quickly called off his remaining stack.

Anthony Zinno: {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Robert Linchesky: {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

Zinno was looking to catch one of his overcards and he managed to do that as the dealer turned over the {8-Spades} turn and {k-Hearts} river.

The following hand, Zinno jumped right back into the action raising from middle position and was called by Linchesky on the button, Yuegi Zhu in the small blind and Pedro Rios in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of {k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and it seemed nobody was too interested and the action checked through to the {j-Diamonds} on the turn. Zhu led out with a bet and Rios called before Zinno put in a raise. Linchesky quickly folded, followed by Zhu and Rios, bringing Zinno's stack back to life in back-to-back pots.
