Ivey Back From the Brink

Level 17

Adam Friedman: {9-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}/{x-}{x-} folded fifth street
Yuval Bronshtein: {5-Hearts}{k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}/{x-}{x-} folded fifth street
Marco Johnson: {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}/{x-}{x-} folded fifth street
Phil Ivey: {8-Spades}{2-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}/{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades}
Yueqi Zhu: {q-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{4-Clubs}{j-Hearts}/{k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{a-Spades}

On fifth street, Phil Ivey bet enough to go all in which folded out three players while Yueqi Zhu called. Ivey ended up with the best hand as the cards were passed out and turned over quickly as he gathered a key pot.

Phil Ivey: {8-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}/{8-Clubs}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}
Yueqi Zhu: {3-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{5-Spades}/{k-Diamonds}{x-}{x-}

The next hand, Ivey took more from Zhu after he bet on sixth and seventh street and had the winner with trip eights, while Zhu flashed a king, to boost him even further up and knock Zhu down.
