Kalas Exerts Max Pressure on Po

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 9,000 ante

Adam Pritchett raised to 15,000 from early position before Kenneth Po re-raised to 50,000 next to act.

Action folded around to Kane Kalas in the big blind, and he announced he was all in for around 250,000.

Pritchett quickly folded, but Po went into the tank for about a minute, anguishing over the decision for most of the rest of his stack before eventually folding as players prepared to go off on dinner break.

Hill's Queen Gets Her a Double

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 12,000 ante

Christina Hill raised pre-draw and Mike Lang called on the button before Jake Schwartz re-raised all in from the big blind. Hill pushed her stack forward and Lang quickly got out of the way.

Both players took one, with Schwartz showing {9-}{6-}{4-}{2-} and Hill {7-}{6-}{4-}{2-}. Schwartz pulled a king and Hill needed to improve.

"This is the one I've been hiding," Hill said as her last card slid under the rail of the table. She turned over a queen and secured the double-up for 160,000, leaving last year's runner-up on a short stack. Schwartz later said he broke a ten and would've won the pot if he stood pat.

Heikkila Hammers Grzadziel

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 12,000 ante

The last of Christopher Grzadziel's chip were just pushed to Ilkka Heikkila, who was kind enough to inform PokerNews that after Grzadziel jammed for less than 100,000 from the button, he called in the big blind with {10-}{9-}{8-}{3-}{2-} and patted.

Grzadziel was drawing to a better ten, but paired up, ending his run in the tournament.
